Prices on this site are always shown as ranges with an "as of" date, because local rates and seasonality can shift. We never publish a made-up statistic.
What we are not
We are not a plumber, a contractor, or an inspection service. Our tools are educational triage and cost estimates, not professional diagnoses. For any sewer work, always confirm with a licensed plumber or trenchless specialist before you dig, and never rely on an internet tool for safety-critical decisions.
